You will only be a three minute walk from the largest oceanfront pool in the entire area! You can enjoy  everything that our secluded 33 acre gated Myrtle Beach Resort  offers: six pools (indoor & outdoor), six lighted tennis courts, three health spas complete with steam rooms, jacuzzis & saunas, basketball, oceanfront sun decks, volleyball, shuffleboard,  bocci ball and putting greens. From our vacation condo, you will be so close to the huge new lazy river ride, children's pool, plunge pool, snack shack, and a huge new whirlpool.

Our newly remodeled Myrtle Beach rental is conveniently located on the first floor of the A Building close to the beach, tennis courts and pools. Sliding glass doors lead to the comfortable outside balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic Ocean breezes. This is a non smoking condominium.

Your  Mytle Beach Resort condo sleeps six. There are two attractively decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom offers twin beds. The second full bathroom is situated off the spacious living room, where new items include a lovely floral sleeper sofa, coordinating reclining chair, and a white wicker television stand. Even our pictured dining table and chairs are bright and new!

 Our Myrtle Beach Resort condominium features a nicely equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and microwave. This well supplied kitchen also offers our guests a crock pot, indoor grill and even a filled spice rack! Just a few of our other amenities include central air conditioning, telephone for unlimited local calls, 27" living room color cable television including HBO, and a second wall mounted cable television with HBO in the master bedroom. Both of these televisions receive 66 cable stations. There is also a VCR, DVD player, new wall mounted hair dryers in each of the two bathrooms, a master bedroom safe for your valuables, and a wet bar. We even provide the smaller items including soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, toilet paper,  and paper towel, so you can settle in quicker.

RENTAL POLICIES:

      We want you to read this because we want you to be an informed guest. No surprises is a great policy leading to happy relations. We rent to families or responsible adults. 23 years of age is the resort minimum age for the responsible party. The age is checked at the resort entry. Make sure that the responsible party arrives first. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condominium. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.

      The usual rental week is Saturday to Saturday unless a change is agreed to by the owner. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Daily Maid service is NOT PROVIDED. The condo will be cleaned before your check-in and after you depart. Agreed upon Rental Rates will cover linens, towels, utilities, cleaning and applicable South Carolina taxes. Our Rental Rates includes all charges and fees.

   Checks and money orders are accepted. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.
