Rest and relax in your home away from home at the Myrtle Beach Resort. We are long time owners here in this very special resort, and we have decorated and equipped our condo to be so much more than just an average rental. Our living room features an L shaped sofa that makes a full sized bed at night, plus there is an extremely comfortable double recliner.  We know that our guests need to make the most of their vacation time. As our condo does offer a limited ocean view, and the balcony has rather high railings, we purchased four bar stools and two high tables so that you can better enjoy the ocean view, and not be looking out at a balcony railing.
Condo amenities include a wet bar, telephone for unlimited local calls, an answering machine, cable television with HBO, a VCR, Wi-Fi, and a radio with a CD player and mounted speakers. At the rear of our building is the new half million dollar heated lazy river along with a children's pool, plunge pool, another large whirlpool, and a new snack bar.  At the front of our building is an amazing 750 foot oceanfront beach, and the largest oceanfront pool in the Myrtle Beach area. Of course, our guests are able to take advantage of every amenity throughout the 33 acre resort. In the dining room, your family will enjoy seating for six with wicker chairs on rollers. There is a new dishwasher in the kitchen which is very well equipped with everything that our guests, both short term and long term will need. Even those little extra items like paper towels will be found in the cupboards. There is a garbage disposal, automatic ice maker, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a toaster for your convenience.
Your family will enjoy our hall closet! There is an air pump on hand, along with beach toys and boogie boards for lots of fun. Our condo is only two doors down from the sun decks, which offer beautiful ocean views for miles. There are two bedrooms along with two full baths. The second bedroom features a 17" cable television, and two twin beds. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, night stands on each side, a mirrored dresser, and berber carpeting has been installed throughout the condo. Together with the pull out sofa, this condo accommodates up to six  persons.

A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded.
