For your enjoyment and convenience, our bright two bedroom, two bath Myrtle Beach condo has recently been beautifully decorated from top to bottom. At the rear of our building is the new half million dollar heated lazy river along with a children's pool, plunge pool, another large whirlpool, and a new snack bar. At the front of our building is an amazing 750 foot oceanfront beach, and the largest oceanfront pool in the Myrtle Beach area.
 
This Myrtle Beach Resort condominium is bright, immaculate, beautifully maintained, and offers all of the comforts of home, and then some. The owners have spared no expense in decorating this condo with style. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed, along with an additional cable television with HBO. There is an adjoining full bathroom (one of two) just off of the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a third television, DVD player, double bed, a twin bed, along with a pull out twin mattress, which is perfect for our younger guests. There is a second full bath next to the bedroom in the hallway. The beautiful living room with its new hardwood floor is equipped with a huge comfortable sofa, a cable television with HBO, and a DVD player. The table in the dining area seats four, and we have a cozy breakfast bar as well. Our well equipped kitchen is filled with all new large and small appliances, dishes, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Two sliding glass doors lead out to the oversized balcony, with lots of nice seating for relaxing. There is even an iron to touch up clothing, plus sand toys, and beach chairs. Everything is fresh and new including the hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and the lovely furniture in every room!

The Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular ocean front vacation destinations on the beach. No refunds for early departures.
Add 10% for South Carolina lodging taxes. 2006 weekly rates include nice linens, new towels, a resort gate guest pass, full well equipped kitchen, and departure housekeeping. There are no additional fees!
House parties are strictly prohibited.
Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. Resort rules also state that pets are prohibited as well
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded.
If you cancel your reservation giving more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 14 days notice, the security deposit is nonrefundable. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.
Personal checks are accepted. However, there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
If you are renting by the month, payment is due in full 30 days prior to your check in date. There are no refunds for early departure.
