Enjoy the sound of the waves from our comfortable, spacious two bedroom, two bath oceanview Myrtle Beach condominium. Our inviting condo is very nicely furnished and well supplied with a color cable television with HBO, a VCR player, a new DVD player, a movie collection, and a portable stereo. Guests will enjoy cuddling up on the comfortable new queen sofa, and kicking back in the two new recliners. There is now free Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort as well! The oversized oceanview balcony makes for the perfect place to relax, and there are plenty of chairs. With central air and heating, our condo makes a very popular year round vacation rental. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that is needed whether you wish to cook a little bit or a lot. Enjoy a full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There are plenty of blankets, pillows, and balcony chairs. Also, there is a phone for unlimited local calls, along with towels and quality linens so you don't have to pay extra or try to find the space to bring linens and bedding along.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed with its own adjoining full bathroom. The additional bedroom offers two single beds, and there is a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby.   There is a laundry room on each floor within the B Building. Besides being in an ideal oceanfront location, our building offers an indoor recreation center. Take advantage of a large heated indoor pool, spa, saunas, lockers, showers, a game room, exercise room, and even a comfortable reading & puzzle room. Besides all of this, our guests will just be steps away from the largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach, and from the ocean with its wide sandy beach.
Along with the beautiful sandy beach, the Myrtle Beach Resort currently features six swimming pools, including two heated pools. Two of the pools are inside, and the oceanfront pool is the largest in the entire Myrtle Beach area. There are four whirlpools, two steam rooms, three saunas, lighted tennis courts, lighted shuffleboard, basketball court, bocce ball, ocean front cabana bar (with live entertainment in season), poolside snack bar, game rooms, exercise rooms, gift shop, and an enclosed indoor atrium. Within the relaxing atmosphere of the Myrtle Beach Resort, you will find a private gate guard as you come into the resort, as well as 24 hour onsite security.

This gated 33 acre ocean front paradise is located in the heart of the Grand Strand with a huge 750 foot stretch of wide sandy white beach.    The resort is conveniently located out of the city, but within minutes of major malls, specialty shops, hundreds of restaurants including world famous seafood restaurants, four amusement parks, golf courses, two piers, night clubs, dinner and music theaters, along with a vast array of  entertainment attractions. With the addition of the $500,000 lazy river and other new amenities, our resort really does have it all, and then some.

House parties are strictly prohibited. Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. No pets are allowed at the resort at any time
Add 10% for South Carolina lodging taxes. Weekly rates include nice linens, new towels, a resort gate guest pass, full well equipped kitchen, and departure housekeeping. There are no additional fees! SECURITY DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS:  A $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND ZERO/100 DOLLAR) security/reservation deposit (not applied to the total rental fees) is required and must be received at our office within 10 days after the reservation has been made.  The full balance of the amount owed for each reservation may be paid at any time, however, it must be received NO LATER than THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR to the arrival date.  Reservations made less than 30 days prior to an arrival date require the full balance plus security deposit be paid immediately and prior to your arrival.  All payments not paid in accordance with these time frames shall result in having the reservation(s) released and made available to other requesting guests.  Security Deposit refunds shall be mailed to our guests within TEN (10) days after their respective departure date, subject to any offset for damages as determined by our property managers/housekeeping. CANCELLATIONS:  Reservations may be canceled at no charge if our office receives notification at least THIRTY (30) days prior to the arrival date. Notification can be made by e-mail, phone or regular mail so long as notice is received within the 30 days.  Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice shall result in forfeiting all funds paid (except Security Deposit), UNLESS our office is able to re-book the accommodations for the same time and at the same fees.  Cancellations made with less than FOURTEEN (14) days notice shall forfeit all funds paid without exclusion, excepting the Security Deposit which shall be mailed within TEN (10) days after notice of cancellation.  The Myrtle Beach Resort is conveniently located at 5905 Highway 17 South, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This part of the beach is known as being very family friendly.        No smoking inside please. If housekeeping finds signs of smoking, your security deposit will be forfeited.
