Grand Opening - Serenity Haven is now available for special winter guests wanting it all - $1,200 monthly  A classic, beautifully decorated duplex is waiting for our guests. Enjoy a great Garden City Beach location that is 500 yards away from the pier at a wonderful park for crabbing and fishing, and 9/10th's of a mile from a great public family beach and the pier on the ocean. It is really a nice walk to the beach and you can walk to the beach, town, park, golf, churches, Sara J's Restaurant (dine inside or out overlooking the marsh), and the piers.  The pier even has live music and two pubs, plus lots of wonderful old fashioned games like skee ball. Our guests will be just a few minutes from everything that Myrtle Beach offers, and will be very close to excellent golf courses, world famous dining, Legends in Concert Theatre, and many other attractions including boating, jet ski rentals, water parks, miniature golf, shopping, parasailing, arcades, rides for children, fishing from the pier, and charter fishing.
Serenity Haven: Serenity Haven is your newly and very tastefully decorated three bedroom, two bath relaxing vacation hideaway.  The large living room with plush emerald green carpeting is decorated with elegant yet fun "beachy" accents. Your kitchen is fully equipped for the chef, including a microwave, coffee maker, a drop down breakfast bar with stools, and a large white table that is surrounded by four chairs. The kitchen has a new oak laminate floor, plus a new ceiling fan hangs over the dining table, and there is also a new floor in the laundry room. Serenity Haven's kitchen also features a Krups Expresso maker, a food processor, juicer, blender, waffle/sandwich makers, mugs that freeeze, electric slicer, George Foreman grill, lobster pot, Mrs. Tea, and an under the counter radio/CD player. This is one great kitchen that is fully equipped in every way! This special vacation property has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped down to the smallest of details. Guests will enjoy having a cable television in every bedroom, a VCR in the twin bedroom, a DVD player, Dell computer, and stereo. The wall unit is filled with videos, books, and games so you will really have a home away from home. Our pampered guests will appreciate the three spacious bedrooms with lovely quality linens, soft blankets, and pretty comforters. The first bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a cozy quilted comforter, a second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There is also a wicker day bed that is loaded with pillows along with a pull out trundle. Serenity Haven has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and the second with a shower with two built in seats. There is also a spacious laundry room for your convenience. Serenity Haven is a perfect year round getaway for families of up to nine, or for couples wanting to relax and enjoy the mild climate in a spacious home away from home.
Outside, there is a shared porch, teak table and chair set, a barbeque grill, outside shower, and a concrete driveway. Other great amenities include bogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, basketballs, pack 'n play, high chair, and iron and ironing board, along with everything needed for nearby crabbing.

Check in time-4:00p.m. Check out time-11:00a.m. NO SMOKING Please The inviting Serenity Haven and Serenity Cove make ideal winter monthly rentals! Everything is included in our very affordable monthly rates. Please inquire about availability. No refunds for early departures. Add 10% for South Carolina lodging taxes. Weekly rates include nice linens, new towels, full well equipped kitchens, and departure housekeeping.  House parties are strictly prohibited. Serenity Cove and Serenity Haven rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. Small pets are welcome! There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee per each pet.
A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.
Personal checks are accepted. However, there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Your vacation payment is due in full thirty days prior to your check in date. There are no refunds for early departure.
