This very warm and welcoming Myrtle Beach vacation condo features a comfortable living room with a new sofa, cable television and HBO, a new DVD player, movies, puzzles, playing cards, magazines, two sliding glass doors leading out to an oversized balcony with great ocean views, and a spacious, wonderfully supplied kitchen that is equipped with everything the chef needs including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and blender. 

The master bedroom has its own cable television, along with a queen sized bed, and its own beachy full sized bathroom. The second bedroom offers comfortable twin sized beds, a third cable television, and a second full bathroom is nearby. The colors are soft, relaxing, and new flooring runs from the front hall all the way to the kitchen and spacious dining area.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular ocean front vacation destinations on the beach. Another brand new amenity is the free Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort. This gated 33 acre ocean front paradise is located in the heart of the Grand Strand with a huge 750 foot stretch of wide sandy white beach. This portion of Myrtle Beach is known as being very family friendly. The resort is conveniently located within minutes of major malls, specialty shops, hundreds of restaurants including world famous seafood restaurants, four amusement parks, golf courses, two piers, night clubs, dinner and music theaters, along with a vast array of  entertainment attractions to both the north and the south. Murrells Inlet is only about 15 minutes to the south of the resort. This sleepy fishing village is home to some of the best seafood restaurants in the entire world.

Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. Resort rules also state that pets are prohibited as well

SECURITY DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS:  A $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND ZERO/100 DOLLAR) security/reservation deposit (not applied to the total rental fees) is required and must be received at our office within 10 days after the reservation has been made.  The full balance of the amount owed for each reservation may be paid at any time, however, it must be received NO LATER than THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR to the arrival date.  Reservations made less than 30 days prior to an arrival date require the full balance plus security deposit be paid immediately and prior to your arrival.  All payments not paid in accordance with these time frames shall result in having the reservation(s) released and made available to other requesting guests.  Security Deposit refunds shall be mailed to our guests within TEN (10) days after their respective departure date, subject to any offset for damages as determined by our property managers/housekeeping.

                              

CANCELLATIONS:  Reservations may be canceled at no charge if our office receives notification at least THIRTY (30) days prior to the arrival date. Notification can be made by e-mail, phone or regular mail so long as notice is received within the 30 days.  Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice shall result in forfeiting all funds paid (except Security Deposit), UNLESS our office is able to re-book the accommodations for the same time and at the same fees.  Cancellations made with less than FOURTEEN (14) days notice shall forfeit all funds paid without exclusion, excepting the Security Deposit which shall be mailed within TEN (10) days after notice of cancellation.
