Our beautiful two bedroom two bath fully equipped Myrtle Beach Resort condominium is available for you. Located in the Five Seasons at the Myrtle Beach Resort, our guests will enjoy an inviting, secluded location. This first floor condo opens into a huge lush courtyard with a swimming pool, lovely whirlpool, barbeque area, white gazebo, and a putting green. This Myrtle Beach vacation condo was renovated and newly decorated for the 2004 season, and it continues to be updated for our guest's enjoyment. Our comfortable and spacious condominium offers air conditioning, central heat, a full kitchen, stereo, two cable televisions with HBO, and a VCR/DVD player. New Egyptian cotton towels, along with new 320 thread count sheets have also just been added.

The well supplied kitchen is equipped with everything that our guests will need. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a blender for frosty drinks and smoothies. Guests will enjoy having a phone for unlimited local calls. Relax outside in the tropical setting on our patio. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed with a tropical motif, a second wall mounted cable television, and easy access to the well appointed full bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and the second bathroom with a shower stall is close by. Of course, our guests have full access to the many amenities this thirty three acre oceanfront resort offers.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular ocean front vacation destinations on the beach. This gated 33 acre ocean front paradise is located in the heart of the Grand Strand with a huge 750 foot stretch of wide sandy white beach. This portion of Myrtle Beach is known as being very family friendly. The resort is conveniently located within minutes of major malls, specialty shops, hundreds of restaurants including world famous seafood restaurants, four amusement parks, golf courses, two piers, night clubs, dinner and music theaters, along with a vast array of entertainment attractions to both the north and the south. Murrells Inlet is only about 15 minutes to the south of the resort. This sleepy fishing village is home to some of the best seafood restaurants in the entire world.

Besides the Myrtle Beach Resort's large stretch of beachfront, there are also six swimming pools, including two heated pools. Two pools are indoors for year round family fun. New at the resort is the second largest lazy river in Myrtle Beach, plus it is heated! Also, other new amenities another large outdoor whirlpool, plunge pool, children's pool, an additional snack shack, and new food and beverage services including Papa John's Pizza. The Myrtle Beach Resort boosts the largest oceanfront swimming pool in the entire area! New in 2006 is free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

House parties are strictly prohibited.
Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. Resort rules also state that pets are prohibited as well

SECURITY DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: A $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED AND ZERO/100 DOLLAR) security/reservation deposit (not applied to the total rental fees) is required and must be received at our office within 10 days after the reservation has been made. The full balance of the amount owed for each reservation may be paid at any time, however, it must be received NO LATER than THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR to the arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to an arrival date require the full balance plus security deposit be paid immediately and prior to your arrival. All payments not paid in accordance with these time frames shall result in having the reservation(s) released and made available to other requesting guests. Security Deposit refunds shall be mailed to our guests within TEN (10) days after their respective departure date, subject to any offset for damages as determined by our property managers/housekeeping.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be canceled at no charge if our office receives notification at least THIRTY (30) days prior to the arrival date. Notification can be made by e-mail, phone or regular mail so long as notice is received within the 30 days. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice shall result in forfeiting all funds paid (except Security Deposit), UNLESS our office is able to re-book the accommodations for the same time and at the same fees. Cancellations made with less than FOURTEEN (14) days notice shall forfeit all funds paid without exclusion, excepting the Security Deposit which shall be mailed within TEN (10) days after notice of cancellation.
