Welcome to Myrtle Beach Resort #1207R. Located on the 12th floor of the Renassance Tower within the thirty three acre Myrtle Beach Resort, our guests enjoy the spectacular view that is displayed by the photo above. The condo is located near the oceanfront cabana, and near two outdoor pools. One of the pools is the largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach. Besides all of the other many great amenities that are located within the well cared for 33 acre resort, the Renassance Tower with its perfect location features an outdoor swimming pool, volleyball, lagoons, picnic areas, large laundry room, exercise room, indoor whirlpool, convenience store, and even a game room. Besides the huge lazy river (second largest in Myrtle Beach), the latest new amenity at the resort is free Wi-Fi.

Vacation in comfort in our 12th floor studio with great coast line views. With our spacious sunsuite (one large open room offering a full kitchen & sleeping areas, plus a full bathroom, and oceanfront balcony), guests can enjoy an affordably priced ocean view condo. This cozy condo sleeps from one to six. There is a queen sized bed, bunk beds, and a queen sized sofa bed.

This ocean view condo features a full size refrigerator, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a cable television with HBO, a VCR, and a stereo system with a CD player. Guests will also enjoy a small selection of videos for your viewing pleasure, along with books and games. The full kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes you need to cook a nice meal. A sink and vanity are located outside the bathroom, which is very convenient. 6/11 - 6/24 & 8/13 - 8/26: $699 / week

6/25 - 8/12: $999 / week

10/1 - 12/31: $400 / week

Rates are higher for Easter and holiday weeks. Please inquire. All rates include linens, towels, departure cleaning, along with a prepaid resort gate guest pass. The only additional fee is 10% for South Carolina lodging taxes.

This comfortable vacation condo makes an ideal winter monthly rental! Everything is included in our very affordable monthly rates. Please inquire about availability.
No refunds for early departures.
Add 10% for South Carolina lodging taxes. Weekly rates include nice linens, new towels, a resort gate guest pass, full well equipped kitchen, and departure housekeeping. There are no additional fees!
House parties are strictly prohibited.
Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents.
Resort rules also state that pets are prohibited as well

A refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required within one week of making your reservations. This check will be immediately refunded back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded.

If you cancel your reservation giving more than 14 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 14 days notice, the security deposit is nonrefundable. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.

Personal checks are accepted. However, there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Payments can also be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover online via paypal.com using our email address of jvh957@hotmail.com.

We make everything as easy as possible in every way for our guests. Your vacation payment is due in full two weeks prior to your check in date. If you are renting by the month, payment is due in full 30 days prior to your check in date. There are no refunds for early departure.
