Spend your Myrtle Beach vacation in affordable comfort within a gated thirty three acre oceanfront paradise! We were captivated the instant we stepped inside this warm, inviting, secluded courtyard condominium. Even though we intended on purchasing an oceanfront condo, the lovely feeling this particular Myrtle Beach Resort condo gave us won our hearts over immediately. The multiple living room windows and second floor balcony overlooking a lush, huge secluded courtyard with swimming pool, a wonderful whirlpool, white gazebo, putting green, picnic and play areas were added bonuses.
We carefully selected this Myrtle Beach condo due to its appeal and ease of location. This condo is situated in the incredibly well cared for Five Seasons Centre. Plenty of parking is available near the stairs leading to this convenient second floor location, from which you can fully appreciate the beautiful and relaxing setting. This is the first condo to the left of the steps on the second floor.
Come inside your comfortably furnished Myrtle Beach condo and step into a cozy foyer with a roomy kitchen off to your left. Ceramic tile graces these areas along with the hall and bathroom floor. When you wish to cook, enjoy home cooked meals using a spacious and well equipped kitchen. A full sized refrigerator with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils are at your fingertips. We have recently equipped the kitchen with even more new items. Enjoy meals at the long breakfast bar, around the dining table, or while taking in the views from the beautiful balcony.
Your living room is furnished with a comfortable queen sized floral sofa bed, teal chair, color cable television with HBO, VCR, DVD player, and a table with four chairs to gather friends and family around. The multiple windows give this room appealing warmth. Access the balcony from either the door off the living room or from the sliding glass door located in your bedroom. The hall closet is thoughfully filled with two beach chairs, two sand chairs, a large beach umbrella, portable cooler with wheels, sand toys, and body boards.
Settle down at night on a queen sized bed, and take advantage of a second cable television set that our decorator had mounted on the wall. There is also a combination alarm, radio and CD player. The full bathroom with medicine cabinet (and hair dryer) can be entered from either the bedroom or from the hallway off the foyer. With central air conditioning and central heating, enjoy this condominium on a year round basis. We have an iron, ironing board, laundry hamper, shoe storage and luggage rack located in the bedroom closet with extra pillows, blankets, and a comforter. For your convenience, nice linens and towels are provided as well.
From your lovely Myrtle Beach rental which is located in the Five Seasons 6000 Centre, delight in your Centre's beautiful pool, whirlpool, putting green, gazebo and play area set amongst lush palm trees, tropical plants and flowers. Two laundry rooms are close by as well. Stroll over to the next centre to play an energizing game of tennis on one of the many lighted tennis courts. Wander a little further from your Myrtle Beach rental to find a warm indoor/outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, saunas, arcade games and restrooms with showers.

This comfortable vacation condo makes an ideal winter monthly rental! Everything is included in our very affordable monthly rates. Please inquire about availability.
No refunds for early departures.
Add 11% for South Carolina lodging taxes. Weekly rates include nice linens, towels, a resort gate guest pass, full well equipped kitchen, and departure housekeeping. There are no additional fees!
House parties are strictly prohibited.
Myrtle Beach Resort rules state that at least one guest must be over 23 years of age, or guests must be accompanied by parents. Resort rules also state that pets are prohibited as well
A check (or credit card on file) for a refundable security deposit of $200.00, and a payment of $200.00 toward your vacation is required within one week of making your reservations. Your check for your security deposit will be immediately returned back to you after housekeeping determines there are no damages and no missing items. In case of any damages, the expense to repair or replace, will be deducted from your security deposit, and the difference, if any, will be immediately refunded.
If you cancel your reservation giving more than 30 days notice, the deposit will be fully refunded back to you. To cancel with less than 30 days notice, the security deposit is nonrefundable, but can be applied to any future getaway. Also, if housekeeping finds signs of smoking or pets in the condo, the deposit is forfeited.
Personal checks are accepted. However, there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are welcome. Payments can also be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover online via paypal.com using our email address of melbar55@aol.com. For Pay Pal payments, just click on our gold icon.
We make everything as easy as possible in every way for our guests. All of our guests receive receipts, confirmation letters,, business card, and there is lots of information on area attractions awaiting you in the condo. Your vacation payment is due in full two weeks prior to your check in date. If you are renting by the month, payment is due in full 30 days prior to your check in date. There are no refunds for early departure.
